REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Anna Conley 4/07/2020 10:13 AMI've noticed that my I get the best sleep when I am on a consistent sleep schedule. I have also noticed that I sleep the best after a day where I am working hard so by nighttime, I'm ready to fall asleep and stay asleep. -

Anna Conley 4/05/2020 2:07 PMI am just as likely to find something I like from a secondhand store as I am if I'm buying it brand new. Buying secondhand not only helps save me money, but helps save the planet without inconveniencing anyone. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWater Mulch the Base of Trees and PlantsWhere are your nearest natural bodies of water? How might they be affected by runoff?
Anna Conley 4/02/2020 2:34 PMThe Potomac River in DC is such a heavily polluted body of water that people have been advised against eating the fish from it as they are contaminated with chemicals. This just shows how important it is that we consider runoff when doing anything related to chemicals, especially in gardening. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Learn More about Food DesertsWhat are the implications of access to nutritious food for a community?
Anna Conley 3/26/2020 2:43 PMAccess to nutritious food is incredibly important to communities and ones without it are being failed. All communities deserve access to fresh food, regardless of the wealth of the area. Lower income communities are being denied their right to have access to healthy foods and more food initiatives must be put in place for these communities.-
