Claudia Bonaccorsi 3/30/2020 7:56 AMHey everyone! I wanted to reflect on how the commitments can be a great tool for revisiting something that you once loved or enjoyed. I used the exercise commitment to get back into gymnastics. I made the commitment to exercise 25 minutes daily and I have started practicing gymnastics again, mostly stretching, and it has been really enjoyable.
