Exercise is a great stress blaster! I will exercise for 60 minute(s) each day.

At least 30% of crops and 90% of flowering plants rely on pollinators to produce fruit. I will spend 60 minutes researching which plants support local native pollinators and plant some in my yard or local community garden.
Participant Feed
Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.
To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

Emma Brown 4/13/2020 6:35 PMToday was a difficult day, the awful weather made going out impossible so I had to do the best I could while staying inside! I tried to disengage from my laptop and spend the day doing active things around my house and working on some projects that don't require technology to try and compensate for having to stay in all day. I ended the day with a lemon, kale, and fennel pasta which was nice and refreshing (and vegan!) after such a dreary day.
