REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Annalie Buscarino 4/08/2020 4:40 PMI'm fortunate enough to be part of an athletic team that values community above all else. As a result, my siblings and I are able to participate in Zoom workout sessions three times a week that allow us to interact with and encourage our fellow athletes. We also make sure to run each of the sessions outside, removing us from the stuffiness of indoors during the quarantine! The consistency has been healthy for the team as a whole.
