Thu Nga Duong 4/08/2020 6:44 PMCreating a schedule and sticking to it was one of the things that helped me. Moreover, exercising 2 -3 hours before going to bed also helped me sleep better and sooner. -

However, pasta with tomato sauce and ramen with vegetables, mushrooms&spices are still great options!
