REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity MeditateWhat would you like to invest more time in reflecting on?
Rileigh McPhillips 4/07/2020 6:04 PMI really like to spend my time reflecting on my day and my trying to organize my thoughts. I end the day with journaling and sort of brain dumping onto my head. It is so easy to get overwhelmed during times like this and it's a great stress reliever!
