    Water 5-Minute Showers

The next step could be to shut of the water as you do dishes, turn off the water as you shave in the shower, and lastly make sure you have no leaky faucets!

Walking rather than driving kind of forces you to observe your surroundings more! When I walkI love looking around at the trees, flowers shrubs, all the greenery! Especially during this time of year, walks around the neighborhood are so much fun.

I really like to spend my time reflecting on my day and my trying to organize my thoughts. I end the day with journaling and sort of brain dumping onto my head. It is so easy to get overwhelmed during times like this and it's a great stress reliever!
