    I've been struggling with lower back pain. Getting out walking for an hour each day is a chore but it helps to loosen my back. Distance learning is not conducive to keeping my back in tact.

    Practicing gratitude helps keep me centered by by making me realize, that despite all the struggles that we are bombarded by daily, I live an extremely blessed life.

    Well, 5 minute showers are relatively easy. I can abide by the old adage with flushing the toilet: if its yellow let it mellow, if its brown flush it down. I can make sure the dishwasher is full before running it.

    For most of my life I've not considered how my behaviors impacted the climate and by extension the billions of people, the flora and the fauna on this planet. I want our children and grandchildren to have the kinds of opportunities I've had all my life, so I need to continue to change my behavior. I plan on taking shorter showers, eat less meat and extend thanks and kindness to others during this challenge.
