By expressing gratitude, we receive a gift otherwise unclaimed, and gather a surfeit of joyous intention to share.

It's rather difficult to find places that allow more eco-friendly shopping such as bring your own container, and the amount of gas burned to get to the closest place offering that option defeats the point.

I'm always amazed by how slow I am at first, especially if I haven't gone for a walk in a while. And then, I'm amazed by how far I've walked through the halls of my mind. As I increasingly read more about food import guidelines, I find myself reducing the amount and types of food I'm willing to consume.
