April 12 at 2:49 PMI've been struggling with lower back pain. Getting out walking for an hour each day is a chore but it helps to loosen my back. Distance learning is not conducive to keeping my back in tact.

April 8 at 1:39 PMRicher countries can afford the expensive meats, and enjoy them as delicacy, poor countries rely on more on veggies and rice and beans that can be grown in bulk without additional care and expenses that animals require. Eating animal products especially beef products release tons of greenhouses gases into the atmosphere.
