Better for our bodies, better for our planet - alternative transportation is the way to go!

Travel in many places in the world is by car, often with a single occupant — the driver. Planners and engineers have built most of our city streets and road systems to meet our transportation demand, and in doing so have encouraged even more traffic without providing options for other modes of travel. Greenhouse gas emissions, congested roads, noise, polluted runoff, and rising gas prices point to the unsustainability of our current transportation system. In response, we promote transportation systems that benefit all modes of transport, not just cars.
