April 13 at 11:05 AMIt helps one pay attention to the little things that truly help them get by in life rather than complicating it with outside factors that don't need to be in your life. It keeps you grounded and one with your true self.

April 8 at 9:34 AMBeing grateful reminds you of what you have and where you have come from. You appreciate the little things in life and live simply. Being grateful for my family reminds me everyday how blessed I am.
